The interactive carpet Touch of Kandinsky and the reactive videos A Family of Performing Pictures was shown in the B.A.N.G.Technological Culture exposition in Planetario Alfa, Monterrey, Mexico.
B.A.N.G. is a part of the Universal Forum of Cultures – a global event that occurs every four years and that connects cities from all over the world. In 2007 it was held in Monterrey in Mexico, to promote thinking and problem solving methods in order to deal with issues of global importance such as peace, education, knowledge, and ecological conservation amongst other topics. The exposition presented the newest of emerging technologies in four main areas: Bits, Atoms, Neurons and Genes, hence the achronym B.A.N.G.
Universal Forum of Cultures, Monterrey, Mexico, was open during 20 September – 8 December 2007 and gathered approximately 4 million visitors.
