The president of Singapore inaugurated interactive Mona Lisa exhibit

The president of Singapore, S. R. Nathan inaugurated the new “Da Vinci, the Genius” exhibition at the Science Centre Singapore last month with the Old Master Paintbrushes exhibit. The exhibit is produced by Evoking Spaces and Digital Cultural Heritage at the Interactive Institute and invite visitors to discover secrets and the different layers of Old Master Paintings, in this case the world famous Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci.

Museer spelar roll — Museernas Vårmöte

Riksförbundet Sveriges Museer

Måndagen den 10 mars inviger kulturminister Lena Adelsohn Liljeroth Riksförbundet Sveriges Museers tredje Vårmöte med temat ”Museer spelar roll!” Under tre dagar diskuteras frågor kring museernas uppdrag och framtid. Under måndagen presenteras och debatteras en framtidsanalys gjord av forsknings- och konsultföretaget Kairos Future.

På onsdagen arrangeras studiebesök till Interactive Institute i Kista, föremålsmagasin i Munkhättan, Mångkulturellt centrum i Botkyrka och en specialvisning av utställningen Dataspel på Tekniska museet. På kvällarna hålls mingel och en konsert med museiinstrument.
