Visitor Study Lab
The Visitor Study Lab, which was created for assisting in this complex task, is an ambulating research station equipped with digital observation, tracking and recording tools that can be placed in different cultural heritage environments. Its activities focus on the study and documentation of visitor interaction patterns in exhibitions containing digital, interpretative installations, as well as on the evaluation of their impact on the visitors’ experience as a whole, including long-lasting effects related to learning and the pursuit of exhibited topics beyond the area of the exhibition.
